How much will this cost me?
As a homeowner, there is absolutely no fee to using this FREE service. No monthly dues or anything. The only thing we ask is that you register your name so we can track our site statistics.

Contractors do pay a minimal listing fee for their business name to be within the website. This fee covers the cost of screening their work to ensure that you, the homeowner, gets the best deal and a good contractor.

What guarantee do I have they'll do a good job?
Take a moment and read through how we back our referrals by a 30 Warranty. The screening process guarantees this to us, and we can then more confidently stand behind these contractors.

What do you "screen?"
We read reviews of the contractor, ask and verify if they have received awards, accolades, certification, etc. During the screening process which most of it is handled directly through our website, we gather information on what jobs the contractor has worked on, who they have worked with, and what positions they have held.

Why do you ask the contractor for so much?
Actually for several reasons - to save you and them time with informalities, to ensure every important question has been asked, and to make sure we can back up the contractor's work with our warranty. We don't just give this to anyone.

Do you pay cash for referrals?
At this time, we do not have a referral system for homeowners, but you will save your friends and family members a lot of money and headache by referring them. (smile)
