Project Details: Complete renovation of an existing
stick built house.
- New Roof (12-12 pitch, 20 yr. shingles, replacement of 2
flat rubber roofs, approximately 18 squares of shingles)
- New Vinyl Siding (1550 sq ft. house standard w/white
corner boards, soffit, fascia & j-channels, insulation board to be
installed beneath new siding)
- Plumbing (update plumbing per code, no leaks observed,
some cast iron pipes & flanges, replace all fixtures w/ standard grade)
- Electrical (update electrical per code, fuse box to
breaker panel conversion, replace all receptacles & wall plates, replace
some fixtures)
- HVAC (new unit & duct work needed for 1550 sq ft. house,
old unit & ducts already removed, new unit to be placed in attic w/
compressor at exterior)
- Framing/Carpentry (repair 6' section of load baring beam
in crawlspace where previous water damage occurred, repair 4'-5' section
of back band accessible from crawlspace due to previous water damage)
- Paint (prep & paint interior of house including all walls
& trim)
